Return & Shipping Policy
Art Subscription Prints:
All subscription prints are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail and go out on the 1st of each month. This method helps keep your subscription affordable, but does not include tracking. Please allow until the end of the month to receive your print. If it hasn’t arrived by then, email me at printandpaletteco@gmail.com and I’ll do my best to help.
Larger Prints (Print-on-Demand):
Larger art prints are fulfilled using a print-on-demand service (Printful) and are made to order just for you!
Here’s what to expect:

Fulfillment time: 3–7 business days
- Estimated shipping times:
- USA: 3–4 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
- Shipping origin: Orders ship from the facility closest to your location to ensure faster delivery.
Customs & Duties:
International orders may be subject to customs or tax fees determined by your local customs office. These fees are not controlled by me and are the buyer’s responsibility.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because of the nature of the products I offer, I do not accept returns or exchanges. This includes:
- Monthly subscription prints
- Custom art commissions
- Print-on-demand items (like larger wall art)
Each piece is created or printed especially for you, and I appreciate your understanding and support of small, made-to-order businesses.
That said, your satisfaction means a lot to me. If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please email me at printandpaletteco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A short description of the issue
I’ll do everything I can to make it right.
ORDER ISSUES
If you received a misprinted or mislabeled item, please reach out with a photo and your order number within 7 days of receiving it, and I’ll send a corrected replacement or offer a refund.
